So the rest of the country finally dislikes Rod Blagojevich as much as I do. I don’t want you to think that I’m like some kind of government crusader who worries night and day about the workings of our elected officials. Not in the least. In fact, I’m fairly resigned to the fact that most politicians are corrupt money grubbers living fat off the public teet.

No, it is for a much more selfish reason that I have despised Blagojevich for many years now, freeway tolls. That stupid man-bangs mannequin doubled the tolls on the freeways of Illinois overnight one year. It’s like one day it cost me $1.80 to take the Eisenhower, the next day, it was $3.60. I personally blame him for starting my own private recession. And then to make matters worse, he had these signs put up at the toll booths loudly proclaiming that this rate change was brought to you by the Governor himself. So yeah, I was pretty psyched when I heard he was going to jail. I hope he gets put in a cell with a guy who got locked up after a road rage incident induced by toll fatigue.

And now, everybody’s favorite Thursday diversion, Historical Weed Session.

Ganja White Widow (Quite possibly the strongest strain of Marijuana in the world, usually #1 on Amsterdam coffee shop menus and in the hearts of smokers world wide)

Location  Dover, England (Home of the famous white cliffs, on a warm sunny day, when the breeze coming of the water feels cool rather than bone chilling)

Faith Evans (The widow of the late Notorious one, and a singer with soul and sophistication. She would sing the hook to “Stressed Out” at least twice during the cypher)

Betty Shabazz (She was also a widow to a famous man, Malcolm X, and a soulful and sophisticated woman. She wouldn’t have to sing, but she could if she felt like it.)

Queen Latifah (She isn’t a widow per se, but she is like Hip Hop’s first lady, and some people have claimed Hip Hop is dead, so ipso facto, yeah, you get it. Plus once again, soulful, sophisticated, and welcome to serenade during said session.)
